First post here... been weightlifting seriously for about half a year.
I just had a simple nooby question... is it okay if I bench press every other day or squat every other day? For example, one day I do upper body (bench) and the next day I do lower body (squats) and repeat that 7 days a week? I don't only do just bench and squats... just giving an example. So basically, is it bad that I'm working that part of the body that many times a week... overtraining or not?
I did this when I first started lifting. But then i noticed as I could train with more high intensity and really work ahrd I needed more time in between to heal.
