    i need help on my workout routine =\

    hey i just started weight lifting, well im getting back into i stopped when lacrosse season started last march and now im trying to get back into weight lifting, downbelow is my workout routine that i came up w/.. im wondering if anyone can help me w/ it, wether it is good or bad if u want to give me advice on how to make it better or give me advice about it u can email me at www.remixpaul@gmail.com btw im 6'5" and weigh 215

    Monday:

    If you are an athlete, I would suggest you not train like a bodybuilder (the routine you came up with is typical of an obsolete bodybuilders split).

    I'd say focus on increasing force production and strength by reducing the rep range and increasing the weights.

    Good programs to begin would be a Classic 5 x 5 Scheme, checkout Ripstone's posts, you can almost always find a good example from them.
