I recently spent time putting together an excel sheet for the 5x5 program.

Here it is if anyone wants to use it.
Directions:
- The yellow cells are your 5-rep maxes for those exercises.
- The orange cells display the increase in weight which will be used for the next week in the yellow cells.
- You can change the differences and incline percentage in the constants section
