hahaha great, man.
I try to get bigger and eat a lot but I am still at about 300lbs but the qualitity gets better. I am little angry about that cause I want to get bigger and heavier and keep some fat and water for heavy trainings and heavy weights but it doesnt work. in summer I always lose a lot of water and fat- unintentional. its not good for heavy workouts and competitions. last year the same: my weight was about 123 and I lost about 5kg. I got easier an inflammation from the heavy training and it took longer to become fit again.
as you can see at the pic...
at the ipf competition my bodyweight was about 130kg (285lbs) cause the week before I was totaly ill and perhaps a little bit overtrained and cause of these things I lost a few pounds. the suit I used was too big and I could grab the bar without resistance of the suit. as I said I think I would had pulled the same without the suit.
at the wpc european cup in austria I am going to weigh more and the suit will fit great. at the moment my bodyweight is about 300lbs and I think I can at another 6-7 pounds for the cup. then the junior world record of andy bolton will be history.
I am full of confidence that 400kg (880lbs) should be possible. my opener will be 385kg (847lbs) so in any case- the record should be mine. I hope...

I train every 3-5 weeks heavy deadlifts from the bottom. the other weeks I train heavy lockouts below and above the knees, Rumanian deadlifts, deadlifting from blocks or something else. same at squatting and benching...
I change between ordinary squats, box squats, frontsquats, etc. I also change the high of the box or the equippment. sometimes I train completely raw or I use a suit like a brief for boxsquatting.
I think changing the exercises is the best way to get stronger and bigger.
I would like to use some bands in the training but I have nothing to fix it on the bottom. chains would be a good alternative but I havent any.

after 4-5 month of training I was able to do 200kg raw in the deadlift and I was still 15years old. yeahh I think I have good genetics for lifting heavy weights but training, diet and regeneration is the key to success. I have been training really hard and disciplined for about 5 years know.
powerlifting and strongman is not only a hobbie for me- its a way of life.
