hey, ive been considering using creatine however im not sure what to get. ive been told (in its most simpistic definition) that creatine saturates ur muscles with water givnig u a pumped look and hence making u look leaner.
when in shops you can buy branded creatine for high prices but small amounts, yet u can also just buy creatine tablets which are much cheaper and you get more, which is better?
as im going for my first serious bulk, is creatine advised. im of course going to ry to eat, sleep and train hard for the next 5-6 months. im also taking Reflex Instant Mass in order to get "bigger", should i be taking it daily?
any help would be great
