i work my top abs really well but i don't know a lot of lower ab workouts.. i only know leg raises so i have nothing to alternate with... oh and do dragon flags work lower abs?
hanging leg raisers, the best for abdominals swiss ball kneee to chests reverese crunches decline v ups too many to list...
