Need help with chest routine. Critique it

I've been using the same chest routine for about a year. I don't change the routine at all. Instead I will switch around things like the order or go from straight bar to dumbbells. I have had great results but i fear my muscles have grown accustomed. I also think I am slightly overtraining. My chest day is comprised of:
4 sets of incline bench either straight bar or dumbbells
    4 sets of decline bench " "
    4 sets of cable crossovers
    4 sets of incline flyes

Please critique. Suggestions for new exercises or variations are welcomed. Is this routine too intense? Am I overtraining? Is 16 sets too much for any one muscle group?

the four set are my work sets. so you're saying that two sets of incline bench would be sufficient in a bulking phase. thanks for advice boiz
