    ive been working out for awhile, just at my home gym though, but i never understood reps mean? 1 rep= ?

    If you do one single bicep curl, then you have done one rep, if you do two bicep curls then you have done 2 reps...etc.

    So if you do 6 reps on an exercise, then have a rest, then that means you have done ONE SET of SIX REPS...if you then do that 6 reps again, you have now done TWO SETS of SIX REPS...lol.

    If someone says you should do 10-15 reps per exercise, does that mean you have to increase the weight to a point you are barely still able to do 10-15 reps, but with good form (but with the same weight couldn't do lets say 16 or 17 reps with good form anymore)?
