Why do I do this, live with the constant pain, the suffering, the sacrifice? Why?
Because I can. Because pain tells me I'm awake. Reminds me I'm alive

If you do one single bicep curl, then you have done one rep, if you do two bicep curls then you have done 2 reps...etc.
So if you do 6 reps on an exercise, then have a rest, then that means you have done ONE SET of SIX REPS...if you then do that 6 reps again, you have now done TWO SETS of SIX REPS...lol.Always learning
