Recommended Salad dressing
I've been REALLY good about my mini meals and have been eating salads for my final meal of the day (usually consisting of lettuce and 4-6oz of a lean protein for added flavor. I don't add anything else such as bacon bits, seeds, etc). Because I have LONG way to go (I am @ 36.1% body fat but steadily losing weight) I cannot go on a strictly bb diet. What types of salad dressing do you all use? I have been using fat free Italian or a vinegette VERY SPARINGLY. Do you have a specific brand you'd recommend? Any other advice for the "salad" mini meal? So far I've lost about 10 pounds in 4 weeks through a healthy diet, cardio, and weight training. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if you're into bleu cheese, but Kraft fat free bleu cheese is fairly tasty and it can go on chicken with a little Frank's Red Hot. I also like to use vinegar and salt on my salads. I also find Kraft's fat free Italian palatable.

Not too concerned about taste so much as its caloric and fat properties and how it could help or hurt my weight loss. Do you think these are appropriate for someone who has A LOT of bfat to lose? Thanks for your suggestions. I like the hot sauce thing

I was never big on salad dressing until I started to create my own.
Sliced mandarins and olive oil are great in a salad. It adds a sweet and rich texture to any salad.
All time favorite:
1/4 tbsp. deijon mustard
1/4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
cracked pepper
feta cheese
walnuts
Mix everything in a bowl and toss with the salad. This recipe is high in fat, so it should be eaten with chicken or fish. It's remarkably delicious and loaded with good fats.

Why not eat a little less chicken/meat if you're worried about keeping calories constant and add a decent-tasting healthy full fat dressing (something like Italian made with olive oil). Or, make a dressing with CC - this is really good.

Ken's has a new line called Lite Accents. And the Asian Vinaigrette flavor is AWESOME!!
It only has 15 calories per 10 sprays.
