i dont know if they are good, but roast beef and provolone with some light mayo...ham and yellow american with some lettuce and honey dijon mustard...or you could do like a wrap with chicken breast and the dressing of your choice with some lettuce.

    Looks like some good stuff.

How about the deli meats from the market? Like the ham, salami, turkey etc I know they're loaded in salt, but I don't mind.

Chunk chicken, egg sandwiches, eggwhite + PB (yes, my weird idea, but it worked), salmon, lean roast beef, on whole grain bread; you could mix it up by using a ww pita, flatout/ww tortilla, or a ww bun.
Condiments I'd use would be dijon mustard, low fat cheese, or this sauce:
    http://goldfishcake.blogspot.com/200...try-at-my.html
(you have to scroll a tad, the macros per TB are 7g fat, 0.5 saturated, 1g carb, 0.5g protein)
    KARMA; reps for life:
    matthor-derickonfire-ozfiz-xquick-meyer23-AllGenetix, Beast, Scivation, Lando33
    girl81-2 D-spot skater-djaeger3-in10city-Emma-Leigh-bballbrett5, jaim91, imfusio
Not on the list? Don't worry! There's still plenty of chances to achieve good karma.

Avocado + meat on a bagel is pretty concentrated calories. You can use pre-cooked pork (I get cheap center cut on special and freeze it).

You can also 'soak' the bagel in egg - or just the yolk and fry it if you have the time. You just whisk an egg, smear it on the inside of the cut halves until it soaks in a bit and fry (in a bit of oil or dry - I actually prefer putting it in a dry non-sick pan). It would keep for the day at room temp.

Make some eggs or ground beef before u go to work.. and reheat it in a microwave and place it in a wrap with some cheese + lettauce and all ur other veggies u enjoy..

you can always get cans of chiken / tuna / salmon to curb away from the tons of sodium in lunch meat and perservatives they carry if you want to.. its real easy to pop the lid and ur good to go..

its really whatever you perfer and enjoy is what it will come down to what you want to put into sandwiches

x3 - I was hoping I wasn't the only one who preferred canned chicken and turkey breast chunks to cooking the real thing. Yes it is a bit more expensive (about $3.25/lb) but when you figure frozen raw chicken is $2.50/lb in a bag or maybe catch a sale for fresh at $1.99/lb and then you have to cook it, it's not a bad deal. The cans are almost fat free, loaded with protein, and negligible sodium.

I just throw the chunks together with some mayo of your choice, pickle relish, and seasoning, then slap it on bread, and that's my lunch everyday at work. I subscribe to the "keep it simple stupid" KISS method

made my own tuna fish salad, put on toasted bread with some pickles
Michael Scott: Would I rather be feared or loved? Um... Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.
