RPM sample review (from Applied Nutriceutical's)
RPM
By Applied Nutriceuticals
What's In It?
110 Capsules
Serving Size & Servings Per Container: See Dosage Chart
Amount Per Capsule...............................500mg
P-SARM Synthase Al Complex
Icarlin (50%)
L-Arginine
Grape Seed Extract (98% Oligometric Proanthocyandins)
Naringin (98% Extract)
Methyl AMP Complex
Chocamine?
Methyl Xanthine Anhydrous Caffeine
* Daily Value not established
Inactive Ingredients
Gelatin, Cellulose
Directions: Take on empty stomach, 1 hour pre-workout. RPM has both immediate and cumulative effects that improve with continuous use.
As read from the sample label, RPM provides:
-Strength
-Hardness
-Intense Energy, Drive and Focus
-Pump
-Boosts Testosterone
-Incinerates Fat
-Builds Muscle
So, i took 3 capsules before my workout (`1 hr before). The recommended max doseage for my weight is 4, so i wanted to assess my tolerance by taking 3. Here's how i felt about my leg workout with RPM.
Energy: I started my workout jacked up. Powerful energy, and a overwhelming feeling of confidence. My back has been giving me problems on my squats lately, so i decided to start with some hypers to stretch out/prepare my lower back. I moved into some high rep squats (avg of 10 reps) for 4 sets. And finished off with 2 grueling sets of high rep front squats. Energy was excellent. However, as my workout moved on, my energy tapered. And by the end of my 70 minute legs/abs workout (granted this was a very long workout), i had little energy. Nonetheless, the overrall workout was phenominal, and was my best leg workout in recent memory.
Score: 7
Focus: The entire workout, my focus was top-notch. I had no problem finishing a grueling leg workout and moving right into abs. My mind was ready, and i was craving the next set each time. Lactic Acid build up seemed to not bother me. I definitely had a sense of focus and determination throughout this workout that i have never experienced. And even moreso, I had a strange sense of confidence in the gym. I felt really good about myself, and was thrilled about the entire workout.
This is saying a lot, considering i have used a fair amount of preworkout supps: White Flood, Steel Edge, Animal Pump, Redline, NOXplode, NOX Surge to name a few. I can confidently say, i have never experienced this level of focus in a workout.
Score: 10
Strength: It is hard to tell how my squat strength was today for a few of reasons. For one, i was doing higher reps than i have done for months. Secondly, i was hyperfocusing on form and a slow negative, with a slight pause at the bottom. This made each rep more difficult than usual. And thirdly, i was using a close stance to emphasize my outer quads. Taking all this into consideration, i felt that my strength on the squats was surprisingly solid.
For my seated calf raises, leg extentions, front squats, hypers, and ab workouts, my strength was excellent. I successfully completed 135x10 for 2 sets of front squats with flawless form, and surprised myself with my strength on calf raises.
By the time abs came around, i was rearing to go. Normally, i would only be able to do a couple sets. But today, i ripped out 4 sets of decline situps, 2 sets of flat leg raises, and 2 sets of leg raises on an incline.
score: 9
Pumps: I rarely pay too much attention to pumps on leg day. But, today i took notice. I have naturally skinny calves (despite my hard work ), but by the end of my calf workout, i seemed to have great calf/upper body proportion. By pinching my calf i could feel the hard, pumped tissue of my leg. Undoubtedly some great pumps in my calves. However, i didnt see any crazy veins in my calves (but im bulking, so thats to be expected).
Score: 9
Overall Score: 9/10
Very pleased. Im trying to decide whether or not to make RPM a staple of my routine during the last 2 months of my bulk, or to hold out until my cut. It does seem to have some thermogenic properties. My face has been a bit flushed, and my appetite seems a bit suppressed. So i will have to think about this one. Either way, this will become a part of my supplement stash. It is an excellent preworkout supplement!
I will be reviewing my Drive sample for my next workout (back/biceps). I will have a review up for that as well.
Then on Tuesday I will get to try out the rest of my RPM sample for Chest/triceps/shoulders day!

Thank you for the review
many users you rpm for either or Bulking or cutting.
One of the better things about RPM is it gets better as usage continues. You wont be disappointed

Seems to be relatively affordable, granted that i will only need 3 capules every time. Even if i start to use 4, i can handle the price.

Just an update. I had veins in my arms that i hadn't seen in months last night.
And im heavier than ive ever been
Just goes to show that not all NO matrixes are created equally.
And I'm just about positive i will be ordering this for the rest of my bulk.

Thats something I noticed too. I have never been as vascular as I have been on RPM.
Plus...rediculous workouts are a consistent.

I think it would be a good idea to test out the 4 pill approach bud. It might give you just a little bit more extra boost of energy. Remember, take it every day and yes even on off days....RPM's cumulative and residual effects are more beneficial than the pre-workout pump, or stim effect.

Another thing!
You might want to try stacking DRIVE with RPM sometime....the effects are even better. Its my personal favorite workout stack...can't beat it once the two start to really kick in. Just to give you a heads up though...RPM does kick in right away...DRIVE might take a bit to really kick in, but when it does...you'll be glad your stacking the two of them.

Hmm. Interesting.
Unfortunately, if i were to take 4 capsules every day, it would last me 27.5 days. Which, on my college income, would not be practical- especially during a bulk. I would consider doing such a thing for my cut when i get out of school, and get a job.
Also, i have my Drive sample with me, and two capsules left of my RPM sample. So, i have my back/biceps day tomorrow, and have chest day on tuesday.
So im not sure if i should stack the two and use them tomorrow, or use Drive on one day and RPM on the other.

You might as well stack em bud...no point in splitting the two up. You'll get more by stacking them because they have a great synergistic effect!

I got my rpm and drive samples in and since there were 6 in each pack I took 3 of RPM and 3 Drive 1 hour before I went to workout. The energy was great I was able to lift more and add 1 more set to my routine per bodypart. after I was done with workout I still had energy to do speed intervals on treadmill for 20 min. The Vascularity in my arms was showing real well. I went to ake my second dose and the rest of pills are gone I have no idea where they went so I cant tell if it did get better with each time I took them or not. I kinda think my son took them but not for sure. I have caught him in my supplements before. I have explained to him he is 16 and doesnt need and suplements right now.

Haha, that sucks you cant have a round 2 with RPM and Drive.
I used both today- i did 2 caps of RPM and 2 caps of Drive about 1 hr before my workout. And, oh man, what a work out. Same type of feeling as last time. The workout felt like a breeze. Im going to order RPM right now!
Oh, and i hope my arms stay veiny all night like last time

If you buy both DRIVE and RPM when you have the available funds for doing so you will truly have that pumped feeling all day...RPM and DRIVE really do work better and better as time goes on and that pumped feeling never goes away, well at least in my experience. BTW...glad you decided to stack the two, and since your going to order RPM...why not run a log?

Yeah im considering running a log of it.
It would be especially interesting as it would take me through the last two months of my bulk. And i think I have my goals set in stone for early/mid march.
squat:315 (currently ~275)
bench: 265 (currently ~235)
Deadlift: 400 (currently ~350)
If i could accomplih this by March 12 let's say, I would be thrilled. That gives me about 65 days to make these improvements!
I think RPM could really help me out by pushing my workouts into overdrive.

Hey Jamier,
When stacking RPM and Drive.... You'll probably wanna go w/ 2-3 RPM pre-workout, and 1-2 caps on off days as needed for energy and focus. The blend in Drive will enhance the effects of RPM, and less is needed typically than when you use RPM standalone.

What exactly is in Drive? Is there beta alanine in it?
I might as well go read the description.. But i was just curious what Drive's "main" purpose is seen as.
thanks,
J

Have a look at the Applied Nutriceuticals homepage. There's a condensed and a technical writeup for Drive. Either one explain it better than any of us could type it out in this little box

Hey Patriot,
There is not a LOT of caffeine or stim, if you want to compare it to many stim based products on the market. The formula's use of naringin helps to avoid the "crash" feel that many energy type products impart.
I think you'd be just fine with it, and probably like it quite a bit!
