    Unhappy Dumbell curls

    I noticed when I do my curls that my right arm right gives me pain. Hard to explain but its on the curl up and midway portion of my arm. Has anyone experienced this when lifting? Doesn't seem to go away if I lay off either?

    is the pain is in your bicep?how much u train bicep?and how much weight u curl on bicep?have u ever try to lower tha weight?does it pain in lower weight too?
