    First update !

    Official weight : 245 lbs

    Solid training tonight

    Legs :

    4X8 Squat
    4X8 Leg press
    3X8 Leg curl

    Abs

    Sit ups

Energy and focus were incredible !

    Normally I take 3g CEE + 5 G taurine + 200 mg caffeine + dextrose and I have a little boost

but today I took 1 serving of Xceed + 200 mg caffeine, my energy and my focus were crazy ! I don't know if it's Glucuronolactone or diarginine malate but it was a solid training !

Solid training for 5 or 6 years

Real adequate nutrition for 2 years since I find this board !

I have some cheat days. Not a perfect nutrition for a bodybuilder but a good one for somebody who wants to stay in shape.

I read the writeup you made about Xceed and you say that you put just the good amount for every product

Should I take more taurine before my training maybe 3 g total ?

    Thanks

    Day 2

I took my serving in the morning because it's my day off.

Put it straight in my mouth like Creatine monhydrate. No problem with the taste ... sweet lemon !

    Day 3 :

    Weight : 248 lbs (+3 )

    Pre-workout supps : 200mg caffeine + 1 scoop Xceed+ Whey and Oats

    Post-Workout supps : Whey and Oats+Bulk CEE

    Chest and Triceps

    Decline Bench press 5 X 8-10 325lbs

    Flat dumbell press 4 X 10-12 105 lbs ( Max at the gym )

    Fly 3 X 10

    Dips 4 X Max

    Skull Crusher 4 X10

    Push downs 4 X10

    Training summary :

Training was very good in general. I had trouble with my right shoulder (tendinitis). It was very painful because I didn't put ice on it before the training. However, my decline bench press increases from 325 X 8 to 325 X 10.

The pumps were solid but not incredible like my 5th or 6th week on 1-ad but I was impressed (First time with a NO product).

Energy and focus were not as crazy as Wednesday but I had a little boost. Maybe because i didn't sleep much last night (End of the semester)

    Day 4

    Day off

I took my Xceed in the morning !

I mixed it with water for the second time and there's always some little chunks at the bottom of the glass. But with the great taste of the product this isn't a problem at all. I just drink a second glass of water !

Do you suggest to cycle Xceed every 45 days ?

    45 days on Xceed
    30 days only on CEE

Some members post studies about the importance to cycle diarginine malate and other NO products.

I'd cycle CEE, yeah. Don't use plain CEE when you're off XCEED, use nadda.

    Day 10

    Weight : 249.5

    Pre-workout supps : 200mg caffeine + 1 scoop Xceed

    Post-Workout supps : Whey and Oats+Bulk CEE

    Legs

    Squat 5 X 8

    Stiff Dead lift 5 X 8

    Leg press 4 X 10

Today, the training was short but intense. The pumps are solid through out the day and the vascularity is really better. After 10 days, I have to say that Xceed is a solid product (First NO product). I gain some mass and weight without a good diet in the last 3 ou 4 days (End of the semester at school)

    Question for Robboe or Uhockey.

What do you think about Glycerol mono stereate ? I read pu12 thread about it and it seems really interesting ? Would it be a good addition to the stack ?

I've never utilized, but the anecdote swears by it causing cellular swelling, and a swollen cell is generally an anabolic cell.

The research behind it reads good, as do the user reports, as Mike said.

I think quite highly of it.

If it reaches the claim, it would be a great mix with Xceed.

    Pre-workout supps : 200mg caffeine + 1 scoop Xceed+ Whey and Oats

    Post-Workout supps : Whey and Oats+Bulk CEE+ 2g taurine

    Back and biceps

As usual the pump were solid, my biceps were hard as a rock during the training. I love this sensation after the gym, the pump are almost residual(sp?).

Another Question for Robboe or Uhockey.

What do you think about the idea to take 1.5 or 2 servings before my workout for a big guy(250 lbs) like me ?

Maybe it would be a waste for CEE (6 g) but for diarginine malate and taurine the range should be acceptable.

I am waiting for your suggestion.

If cost isn't preventative, it likely won't hurt. gluc is only mildly stimulatory so I don't imagine that to be a problem. The CEE will certainly be overkill, but if you don't get GI upset you'll just urinate off the extra......so your kidneys may be getting a bit more work so be sure to drink enough water.

I'm not trying to dissuade you, but bulk Taurine and d-arg would certainly be cheaper. Either way, if you decide to do it, I'm curious about the results.

    Glad you're enjoying the product.

I ordered Bulk taurine and bulk Diarginine malate but the shipping is very long here in Canada.

I will try 1.5 servings on my next training day to see the result. I found this post by PA :

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...&postcount=246

So maybe 4.5 g of CEE won't be waste. Let's take a chance.

Thanks again for the answer Uhockey.
