    Trying to gain weight and get visible Abs!!

    Hi,

    I am stuck, i want to gain weight. I am 6'0 165 lbs and am trying to gain weight to about 180... I am also trying to make my abs visible. I do cruches all day and night weighted and not weighted... I think i have a nice 6 pack cause when i pull the fat down i got nice abs.. Any advice?

    Bulk then Cut. The hard part is cutting, but thats how u see your abs. Diet and Cardio

    hey dj.. whats good diet? like.. how much fat..carbs..etc.. and can you post an example one or your diet? cuz im trying to cut and i need a correct diet

    Hmmm... I Crave

    Chicken
    Tuna
    Turkey
    Steak
    Egg Whites
    Brown Rice
    Veggies
    Protein Shakes
    Water
    Glutamine
    Flaxseed Oil

    I dont eat much carbs (120g's a day at the most) Protein around 250-300 a day
    No carbs after 6
    I do this year around. I dont go through those bulking and cutting phases.
    Im 6'4 220 with 6% BF = That Lean Look

    But i do give my self that 1 day to eat anything i want. Just dont overdue it. I dont even due cardio anymore due to my diet.

    so as long as you eat healty.. you dont really have to do cardio to get rid of fat?

    another question...

    I like to get on bike machine instead of running outside for my cardio.. but i dont really get tired as i would when im running..will i still get same amount of result?

    Cardio isnt really necessary, if your diets in check. Resistance training alone will burn fat. I see cardio as a speed up process of fat burning if you have a huge gut.
    Cardio is Cardio. Burning calories..doesnt matter what u do. Good idea to mix it up though
