** May not be great for mass building but great for a functional strength exercise.

My list would be
Alternating one arm stiff leg deadlift
One arm weighed pushups with heavy weight vests
Overhead dumbell press
One leg squats with dumbells and two leg squats with dumbells
one arm dumbell rows
Keg deadlift and carry or carry and lift
Lateral raises with dumbells raised with arms absolutely straight raised to ear
One arm bicep hold exercizes where you cheat the weight into position and hold a real heavy weight a real long time
One arm long barbell curls
Dumbell tricep extensions overhead one arm at a time
Overhead female press where you press a progressively heavy person overhead with strict form
The wheelbarrow run and lift, where you lift a wheelbarrow full of stuff up and then set it down and run around with it till you fall aiming for one arm wheelbarrow runs with time
Thick bar chinups wearing weight vest
Plate lifts where you stack a bunch of weights in a heavy crate and proceed to lift it up, like stone lifting but it can be progressive

you sre doing them wrong... you gotta lean back to keep the bar in the middle so you don't fall foreward and back... you should be able to bend over however much you want... you are not doing them with proper form whatsoever.. check out some pics...

no yo don't have to put it back on the floor, I'm always a few inches away... I do it at 45 degrees, so there is usually about a foot or less between the ground...
