Hello..
What would be a good program to have a first try on?
I have been working out mostly with full body programs and I really like them.
I thought I might give ABBH1 a try, but im just wondering how frequently I should add weight?
Like every week or will I try to do more reps in last set and if I can do it then add more weight next time or wut?

Or should I try a traditional HST program before this?
