    Clean Bulking, what not to eat...

    I thought this would be a good post. What should you not eat while clean bulking? Name a couple meals.

    It is ok for a cheat meal if you cheat, but not a clean bulk meal. Loaded with saturated fat and the crust, white flour.

    No. Peanut butter contains healthy, unsaturated fats, and 0 trans fat. I know this isn't answering the question, but I'd like to say that I think "clean" bulking is inefficient; I found it very hard to eat enough calories for maximum growth while eating tuna and whole wheat bread. Now, in regards to bulking, I avoid simple sugars, but I say as long as it comes with some protein, fat's just fine. My 2 cents.
