No. Peanut butter contains healthy, unsaturated fats, and 0 trans fat. I know this isn't answering the question, but I'd like to say that I think "clean" bulking is inefficient; I found it very hard to eat enough calories for maximum growth while eating tuna and whole wheat bread. Now, in regards to bulking, I avoid simple sugars, but I say as long as it comes with some protein, fat's just fine. My 2 cents.
