I used my calipers and they tell me i'm 20% bodyfat, but i see myself as fatter than that... although i'd never know coz i've always been super fat.. i started january 05 @ 155kg's and 46%+ bf (not sure exactly)
These were taken tonight and i'm just wondering what you think my bodyfat is.. i think it's higher than 20 but i'm not sure, i'm 5'7" if that helps at all.. And please don't tell me i'm a fat a$$ because i already know i need to drop bf % that's what i'm working on currently...

pants size is 36" and they're slightly lose... i can fit into 35...

I think its closer to 30% than 20% mate. Just keep in there and working at it, I was in your situation at one stage & 50 mins cardio each day got me down to the right weight.

to be honest, i don't think you should really be worrying about you're bf% at the moment. Just keep working, try to clean up your diet and get 45+ minutes of cardio in each day
