it looks like there is not to many logs about this product so i am going to go ahead and log my progress. i did not do my research on it before i bought it.. i walked into the supp store and asked the guy for a recommendation. up until this point i have only ever used protein shakes and i tried 2 months of creatine ester ethyl.
i have been lifting since june 06. aside from a 3 month break last winter i have been pretty consistent in my work outs. june 06 i weighed 150 lbs. today i got on the scale and weigh 199. for the last 4 months i have made slight if any gains in these areas: chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders. while my back has continued to grow steadily and my legs have made some leaps. my legs were underworked since i started and i have steadily worked them for the past 3 months once a week.
my bodyfat % is a little high at 18%. i would like to cut that down some after i reach a goal weight of 215. i calculated my body fat % through an online site that used neck meas. (inches), waist meas. (inches) and height meas. (inches)., it also took my age and weight. would there be a more accurate way of getting a body fat % out there that also uses inches? i dont have a metric measuring tool. also my neck has always been 17 inches. so i am not sure how accurate that is, i do have somewhat of a little fat in my abdominal section but in no way a gut. i dont have definition either though.
i train for 5 days/week for 4 weeks..then will take 1-2 weeks off. i was coming back from a 1 1/2 week break this week so i was not as strong as normal. next week i should be back to normal.
i have already started my cycle. today is day 2. i started it yesterday and lifted before i started. today was my day off. i will start a new week tomorrow. so nothing really to report on it at this time. after reading through a lot of threads about it last night i decided i would finish off the bottles i have and if nothing has changed in 2 1/2 weeks i am not going to get more. if i start making some gains and like what i see i will buy another 3-6 bottles to finish off a 4-6 week cycle. its all depending on what happens with this first set. like i said i have made little if any gains in areas for 4 months..so i will definately notice a change.
things i have tried to break this plateau is upping calories:eating better carbs, less fats. rest periods 1-2 weeks. heavy leg sets. 1 rep maxs. forced positives.
i am going to list my compound exercises only instead of listing every exercise i do, but if this stuff makes a difference you will surely see it in my strongest sets. i work out one body part a day except the last day of the week i do bis and tris. these were my weights lifted the week before my break, not last week.

chest: flat barbell bench - 255x8
back: bent over barbell row- 225x8
legs: squat - 225x6
shoulders: front barbell mil. press - 155x9
biceps: straight barbell curl - 105x10
triceps: close grip barbell press - 235x8
dosages for weeks ahead:
week 1 - 1-andro 300 mg, 4-AD 600 mg /day
week 2 - 1-andro 400 mg, 4-AD 800 mg /day
week 3 - 1-andro 400 mg, 4-AD 800 mg /day
week 4 - 1-andro 400 mg, 4-AD 800 mg, arom-x 6 caps /day
like i said i will see how the first 2 bottles of 1-andro and 4-AD go which will give me the first 2 1/2 weeks and if all is good i will buy 2 more bottles plus another arom-x..i got them all together. possibly i will even extend it to 6 weeks if i think it is worth it.
as for pct as of right now i will only be using the arom-x and probably should have researched this stuff more before i bought it. i could use some suggestions on pct. as of right now i am going to bridge the last week if i follow through with all 4 weeks with the arom x and 4 weeks of pct with the arom-x.
after i am done with the bridge
pct
week 1 - arom-x 6 caps /day
week 2 - arom-x 4 caps /day
week 3 - arom-x 3 caps /day
week 4 - arom-x 2 caps /day
lets assume this works well... what would i need for a pct? i dont want man boobs...thanks

i worked legs today..
endurance wasnt any different
strength was increased
shoulder width squats - 225# for 3 sets -10,8,6 reps. 185# for 1 set - 6 reps
standing bb calf raises - 255# for 1 set - 10 reps. 295# for 2 sets - 6,5 reps.
(no weight raises in between sets)
barbell deadlifts - 225# for 3 sets - 6,5,4 reps.
a possible side effect has been the last 2 nights i havnt been able to sleep i have lied awake for 1-2 hours past when i normally go to sleep. i am not sure if this is related. last night i took some sleeping pills. my last dose has been 2 hours before i normally go to sleep and today i am going to take it 4 hours before to see if that makes a difference. i have been slightly more aggressive the last couple days aswell, i wouldnt say it is abnormal for me to have short periods of that. i will stay up to date if it continues.

it feels like to me there is an initial strength gain burst with slightly less endurance as of day 4.
endurance slightly lower
strength increased
i worked chest today..
flat barbell bench - 255# for 3 sets: 9,5,2 reps. 205# for 1 set: 7 reps.
incline barbell bench - 185# for 1 set: 3 reps. 165# for 2 sets: 4,4 reps.
flat dumbell flys - 52.5# for 3 sets: 7,5,5 reps
i noticed the intensity of my first sets have been high the last 2 days. after my first set of squats for 10 yesterday it was so intense that i almost felt like puking. its about 30 degrees outside and fresh air felt good after my workout. i almost cant stand being indoors immediately after my workout. the feeling was close to the same today with my first exercise of flat bench. i counted 9 "for the record" but got the 10th rep with a spotter, beating any prior records i have had, but i burnt out quickly with only 2 for the 3rd set. any input from people on this would be appreciated.
as for not sleeping - i took my last dosage last night 4 hours before i go to sleep and seemed to have no problem falling asleep at regular time.

day 6
late in the day saturday i started feeling sick (upset stomach), and had a low fever. i had some pretty sever body aches which i think was partially because of my leg and chest days. (shoulders legs and chest being in a little more pain than the rest of my body.) other sumptoms were coughing and some congestion. i started on vitamin c and zinc supplements that night and by today i feel 90% better.
so i worked back today
endurance: same - slightly lower
strength: slight increase
close grip barbell rows - 235# for 3 sets - 9,6,3 reps. 205# for 1 set - 6 reps.
lat pulldowns - 180# for 3 sets - 8,8,6 reps.
one arm pulley rows - 90# for 3 sets - 8,7,6 reps.
stiff armed pulldowns - 100# for 3 sets - 6,6,5 reps.

so i am almost 100% better from my cold, just a lingering cough still. i didnt mention before - i used emergen-c immune defense 2x/d and emergen-c vitamin c 2x/d for the cold. today i worked shoulders:

I used just the AMS products. I was planning to run another cycle later this month but since I've injured my arm, it will probably take a few months just to be normal enough to make it worthwhile, unless I decide to just go hardcore on the legs. So the Masterdrol may have given you the boost?
Needless to say the girlfriend was not happy about the libido loss.

today was the second workout of week two. this was probably the best its been yet. something definately kicked in..my bench press has been stagnant at 255x8 since september! last week i broke that and this week did even better.

LDragon i am very satisfied with this product..it really works, no bull****.
i kind of laughed today because when i was lifting just looking at the chair made me think to throw it across the room. i noticed a definate agression increase. my libido is also noticeably increased. i will be picking up my next three bottles this week so i can run this for 4 weeks.

i think it being winter (cold here in pittsburgh), and muscle breakdown cause your immune system to work overtime could be the cause also. i was sick a couple times before in the last couple months. as soon as i started taking immune system supps it cleared up and i havnt been sick since. i am going to continue to take the immune supps. everyone i know is sick or was sick.
