endurance, strength and agression have been great 95% of the time. i had 2 days out of the last 4 weeks where i wasnt feeling good, but bounced bakc the day after.

It seems like everyone is coming down with something lately. Do you feel like you might be trying to catch something? If so Airborne works well or just plain Echinacea and Goldenseal. I usually drink Odwalla Superfood if I catch something. Usually I m better in a few days. Sounds weird but this combo works for me.

i use a system that takes measurements of the neck and waist, also your height,age, and weight are calculated in. this is the only way i can take measurements because i take them by myself and am not sure on how to do any other measurements.
so far i have not really gained much in weight, but i have dropped fat. gained about 5.5 lbs of lean mass. in the past few days i have seen a noticable difference in definition.
start of cycle:
weight - 199
body fat % - 20.29
pounds body fat - 40.38
lean body mass - 158.62
as of today:
weight - 200#
body fat % - 17.85
pounds body fat - 35.7
lean body mass - 164.3

i feel that when i look at myself i am seeing noticable difference in definition/shape of my appearance. also my strength gains have been great - about 10 lbs. a week gained on large muscle groups, and a little less on smaller muscle groups.

post cycle?
I have taken each of these supplements seperately. I've never stacked PH's before. So, I've never really felt the need for any post-cycle supps... what are you going to take post-cycle (to all that are currently doing, or have done this stack?)
Any need for nolva or any other anti-gyno supps?

day 2 PCT
i started bridging the last 7 days with arom-x and i will continue on for my pct. while the last 2 weeks i did notice some shutdown with the arom-x dosed at 6 caps a day, the atrophy gone and my sex drive is increasing. day 2 since i have been done with my cycle. i have been meaning to make this update to my log. here is the link to AMS arom-x where they give information about it:

day 5 PCT
today is day 5 of pct. i made a typo in the title line of the previous post, from tuesday. since the arom-x kicked in so fast, i lowered my dosage to 4 caps/night after just 1 week bridging +3 days of pct @ 6 caps/night. so this is what my overall pct will look like
last 7 days on cycle - 6 caps/night
first 3 days pct - 6 caps/night
days 4-14 - 4 caps/night
days 15-21 - 3 caps/night
i decided to do it this way because i will be able to spread 2 bottles of arom-x over pct instead of buying a third and dosing it longer.
i took the last 5 days off from lifting. i needed a break, but i worked out for the first time today since i started my pct. i seem to have kept strength..even gained some since last week. my endurance is a little lower. and the aggression wasnt there like it was.
here is my progress:
chest
flat barbell bench - 285x9,3,3 & 235x7,4
incline barbell bench - 205x5,4,4 & 195x4

do i take Arom-X at the same time as i take the other 2 or do i wait until my cycle is up on the other 2 then take Arom-X?
I just started to take this; i was a lil scared at first (well kinda still am). I did A LOT of research and it really is safe on your live (no methyl-7 or w/e its called). I'm taking 3 pills a day since im new to prohormones and i only weight 185#.
anyone notice side effects? i read this whole thread but didn't see anyting alarming.
please advise guys!

i am sure that there was some atrophy and i wasnt paranoid. i was only sure after starting the arom-x and seeing a difference in appearance and libido. my libido never shut down all the way. i have read that the atrophy is cause by the presence of the the hormones you are putting in your body. the arom-x will counteract that by boosting natural testosterone production and help your body get back to normal. others have not reported this- so there is a chance you wont.

idk; i think i just might be nervous. I just started it, and im only takling 3 caps (of red and blue) a day. The reviews said it was safe, and an unbiased review said it didn't contain Methyl-7 (that crap that blocks liver enzymes). So, i dunno. Everyone has different side effects. Im sure ppl have taken NO-Explod and had the **** them up while other (myself incl) havent. I take "safe" with a grain of salt tho b/c they also said cigs weren't addictive. lol.
Im not takin anything anyone says as "gospel", like i said, people's bodies react to things differently. Just b/c u had issues doean't mean i will, and just b/c someone else didn't have issue doesn't mean i won't either.
quick question tho; i thought this stuff increased your natural testosterone production? Its not a "steroid" b/c it doesn't give you Testtosterone directly, it just vamps up ur own natural production. correct?

i am actually not very educated on prohormones, but i do know that this IS a prohormone. what AMS said about it was that the target hormones that these supplements convert to, naturally occur in the body. this is NOT a natural testosterone booster.
that is all i can really say about it. i believe that they are as safe as any of the other products out there, and yes these are NON-methylated. so maybe a little safer. really i am the wrong person to talk to. but there is a AMS board rep on here his name is LDragon. he has been very helpful with the questions i had. sorry i cannot be of anymore help to you.

day 10 PCT
tomorrow i do arms and that will end my first week of lifting post cycle. things i ahve noticed since my cycle ended is that my endurance and aggression has lowered. i am unable to do as many sets. my my strength benchmarks have stayed the same. i weighed myself a couple days ago and i am at a steady 200. i will update more and take some measurements to see where i am at with bf%

its been around 4 days since my last dose of arom-x. i took measurements today
weight - 204 lbs
body fat %- 17.85%
lbs fat - 36.41
lbs lean mass - 167.59
all strength benchmarks have stayed the same. my body fat has gone up probably due to my diet becoming less strict. also i have had the last 6 days off becuase of elbow pain. 11/25 of the last 25 days i took off and continued eating. i didnt change my diet because i didnt want to lose any strength, but i gained some pounds. my bf% is still better than it was 2 months ago though.
start of cycle:
weight - 199
body fat % - 20.29
pounds body fat - 40.38
lean body mass - 158.62
last week my main lifts were like this -
barbell bench - 300x6

deadlifts - 300x8

Because the 1-Test is the better product and the stronger androgen at lower levels. So, actually the reverse would be better IMHO which is 400mg of 1-Andro and like 200mg of 4-AD to combat side effects and throw a little wetter compound in there. You don't want it blocking the effects of the 1-Andro though.

i was running the 1-andro at 400 ed and the 4ad at 800 ed. so youre say that taking the 4-ad down to 200 ed would have enabled the 1-andro to work better? i was thinking of running 1-andro at 600 ed for 40 days the next time. without 4-ad. i found 4 bottles 1-andro for 180$ and they throw in 2 arom-x for free.
