it looks like there is not to many logs about this product so i am going to go ahead and log my progress. i did not do my research on it before i bought it.. i walked into the supp store and asked the guy for a recommendation. up until this point i have only ever used protein shakes and i tried 2 months of creatine ester ethyl.
i have been lifting since june 06. aside from a 3 month break last winter i have been pretty consistent in my work outs. june 06 i weighed 150 lbs. today i got on the scale and weigh 199. for the last 4 months i have made slight if any gains in these areas: chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders. while my back has continued to grow steadily and my legs have made some leaps. my legs were underworked since i started and i have steadily worked them for the past 3 months once a week.
my bodyfat % is a little high at 18%. i would like to cut that down some after i reach a goal weight of 215. i calculated my body fat % through an online site that used neck meas. (inches), waist meas. (inches) and height meas. (inches)., it also took my age and weight. would there be a more accurate way of getting a body fat % out there that also uses inches? i dont have a metric measuring tool. also my neck has always been 17 inches. so i am not sure how accurate that is, i do have somewhat of a little fat in my abdominal section but in no way a gut. i dont have definition either though.
i train for 5 days/week for 4 weeks..then will take 1-2 weeks off. i was coming back from a 1 1/2 week break this week so i was not as strong as normal. next week i should be back to normal.
i have already started my cycle. today is day 2. i started it yesterday and lifted before i started. today was my day off. i will start a new week tomorrow. so nothing really to report on it at this time. after reading through a lot of threads about it last night i decided i would finish off the bottles i have and if nothing has changed in 2 1/2 weeks i am not going to get more. if i start making some gains and like what i see i will buy another 3-6 bottles to finish off a 4-6 week cycle. its all depending on what happens with this first set. like i said i have made little if any gains in areas for 4 months..so i will definately notice a change.
things i have tried to break this plateau is upping calories:eating better carbs, less fats. rest periods 1-2 weeks. heavy leg sets. 1 rep maxs. forced positives.
i am going to list my compound exercises only instead of listing every exercise i do, but if this stuff makes a difference you will surely see it in my strongest sets. i work out one body part a day except the last day of the week i do bis and tris. these were my weights lifted the week before my break, not last week.
chest: flat barbell bench - 255x8
back: bent over barbell row- 225x8
legs: squat - 225x6
shoulders: front barbell mil. press - 155x9
biceps: straight barbell curl - 105x10
triceps: close grip barbell press - 235x8
dosages for weeks ahead:
week 1 - 1-andro 300 mg, 4-AD 600 mg /day
week 2 - 1-andro 400 mg, 4-AD 800 mg /day
week 3 - 1-andro 400 mg, 4-AD 800 mg /day
week 4 - 1-andro 400 mg, 4-AD 800 mg, arom-x 6 caps /day
like i said i will see how the first 2 bottles of 1-andro and 4-AD go which will give me the first 2 1/2 weeks and if all is good i will buy 2 more bottles plus another arom-x..i got them all together. possibly i will even extend it to 6 weeks if i think it is worth it.
as for pct as of right now i will only be using the arom-x and probably should have researched this stuff more before i bought it. i could use some suggestions on pct. as of right now i am going to bridge the last week if i follow through with all 4 weeks with the arom x and 4 weeks of pct with the arom-x.
after i am done with the bridge
week 1 - arom-x 6 caps /day
week 2 - arom-x 4 caps /day
week 3 - arom-x 3 caps /day
week 4 - arom-x 2 caps /day
lets assume this works well... what would i need for a pct? i dont want man boobs...thanks
