    How much weight?

    Im currently at 165lbs, 5'8 in height. I just started my new diet plan. I have all that figured. But if I plan on losing 1 lb. a week. Going on 12 week plan. So i would be at 153lbs. Do you think that would be enough, to get to my goal of around 10-12% BF. Im currently right at around 16%BF. Possible? I just dont know how long I should set my plan to be in other words. 16 weeks? Any ideas, suggestions?

    We are about the same in everything and im planning to be around 12% by the end of March.

    Wont make it if i keep drinking tho

    Yeah drinking sucks,,,haha..I have that problem sometimes, especiallywith football season..ha. But anyways, do you do alot of cardio....?

    15 mins HIIT bike every morning.
    30 mins walk every mid-day (lunch break)
    10 mins Heavy bag before lift

    (Started 15mins of jump rope after lift and along with morning workout. 12/1/2007)
    (Starting back on morning run 12/22/07)(running Suicides)

    Yes drinking killed me this months progress

    Assuming that you are losing 12 lbs. of pure body fat and not water or muscle, then you should be at about 9-10%.
