Im currently at 165lbs, 5'8 in height. I just started my new diet plan. I have all that figured. But if I plan on losing 1 lb. a week. Going on 12 week plan. So i would be at 153lbs. Do you think that would be enough, to get to my goal of around 10-12% BF. Im currently right at around 16%BF. Possible? I just dont know how long I should set my plan to be in other words. 16 weeks? Any ideas, suggestions?

We are about the same in everything and im planning to be around 12% by the end of March.

15 mins HIIT bike every morning.
30 mins walk every mid-day (lunch break)
10 mins Heavy bag before lift
(Started 15mins of jump rope after lift and along with morning workout. 12/1/2007)
(Starting back on morning run 12/22/07)(running Suicides)
