First Log: Plasmajet (with others)
Hey all, Other than a couple random posts, This is my first greeting to you all! I just started taking Plasmajet with CE2 Hi Def and Anator, was surfing around the forum, and realized that there really weren't any logs for Plasmajet, which surprised me, being a Gaspari Product. So, I figured I'd throw up a log.
For background:
I've been lifting most of my life (since teenage), but just got into "bodybuilding" a year or so ago. I'm currently doing a clean bulk. In high school, I was 320 lbs and FAT, so I'm a little leary that I may gain weight back (I'll be the transformation of the week sometime in the coming weeks). In any case, I try to take in a little more than 3000 calories a day (sometimes a little more), with about 250 grams of protein and low fat. Almost exclusively complex carbs. Some Stats:
Age: 18
Weight: 220 lbs
BF: somewhere under 10% (I have a sixpack)
Arms: 17.5
Chest- 46.5
Waist- 34
Thighs- 26.5
An Example of my diet goes:
Breakfast: 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 whole wheat bagel with Natural PB, 1 banana, small glass of milk. Multivitamin, Fish Oil, 1 serving CE2
Plasmajet roughy everyother day(as directed)
Workout
Anator + 1 scoop ON whey protein.
Lunch- two slices whole wheat bread with sliced turkey and fat free swiss, Fish Oil
Mid Day Meal- Chicken Breast, some whole wheat noodles, 1 serving CE2
Dinner- 8 oz. lean steak with brown rice or whole wheat pasta, small glass of milk, Multi, Fish Oil
Evening- 1 cup of cottage cheese with some sugar free preserves
Before Bed- 40 grams Casein Shake
Workout:
Monday: Chest- roughly 18-20 sets, with a heavy emphasis on inclines, abs
Tuesday: Legs- Workout similar to the Milos Sarchev leg workout from Fit Show.
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday- Back- roughly 18-20 sets again, abs
Friday- Shoulders
Saturday- Arms
Wednesday and Thursday may flip every once in a while accoding to my schedule. Also, This may take a couple weeks to get the days lined up because I'm a little off due to christmas break.
As I said above, this is my first log, so it's not going to be really indepth, I'm not going to list all my lifts and weights, etc., just trust that I bust my ass. I'm pumped (literally) to start this, and to let you all know how it works.
EDIT: Just found another plasmajet log. O well, can't hurt to have two views.

Hey guys, thought I'd post some before pics. I'd like to just post the pictures so you can see them, but I'm not sure how (someone help?). But I suppose you can see them via attachment.

First workout
So, as I said, I started the supplements above today with a chest/abs workout. I had a great workout, with a really great pump going. I don't know if it was the plasmajet or not, but today is the first time I've noticed striations in my upper chest. Needless to say, I was elated.
I'd also like to point out a new (sorta) variation I learned from a book I read called Extreme Muscle Enhancement by Colker. It's just a basic bench press, but you bring the bar down to your clavicles/neck. It emphasizes the upper chest, and I really liked it.
Tomorrow's Leg day, and I'm fully prepared to blast 'em, so I'll let you know how it goes (if I have any readers by then).

Leg Workout
Although I'm not sure anyone is reading this, I figure I'll keep this up for a little while longer to see if anyone is interested.
I just got back from an INSANE leg workout and let me tell you, I'm shot. As per the instructions with the plasmajet, I didn't take it today as I did yesterday, but my legs (quads especially) felt pumped to the max. I did take my CE2 today, and after my workout, I had Anator with another ON protein shake. Tomorrow's an off day, so I probably won't post, but I'll be back sunday with a back workout.

definitely keep the log going....as for the bench press variation you speak of it is an old school movement that vince gironda was famous for that you don't see many people do in gyms...just as you dont see many people do reverse bench presses...but keep it up and i will check back often...also congrat on losing all that weight since high school

Hey guys. Just got done eating dinner after a crazy back workout. All super sets. I can definitely see that my lats are getting bigger. I also did some half dead lifts for my back super setted with a seated cable row. My back felt like it was BLOWN UP after that. It was great. I did take plasmajet today, but won't tomorrow. Then it's ARM DAY. That should be fun. I'll be sure and post how my shoulder workout tomorrow goes.

Just got back from a shoulder/trap workout. Got a GREAT burn going from a couple dropsets of dumbbell militaries right at the end of the shoulder portion. Also, I did dumbbell shrug 21's, which were a good isolation change. All in all, this was a particularly average workout.
I didnt take plasmajet today, as I did yesterday, and you're not supposed to two days in a row, but I get to take it tomorrow, and tomorrow's ARM DAY.

How long does a plasmaJet carton last? Are you feeling/seeing anything noticeable this early on?

It lasts a month. I've been noticing some pretty good pumps, and I feel like I'm more vascular when I'm not liftin (at night, etc.) then usual.

Today was the imfamous arm day. I had a great workout. I DID take plasmajet today, along witht CE2 (everyday).
I had a pretty decent pump going, only slightly above average, but my vascularity was insane! I had many new veins, and the ones that have been there were more prominent. Over all, good workout.
Tomorrow's a rest day, then the next day is chest, so I'll be sure to post then (if not sooner).

Just got back from a chest workout. I had an insane pump! My whole chest felt just swollen. Also, I'm starting to notice more striations in my chest, whether that's an effect of plasmajet or just work, I don't know. Kinda cool either way. Felt good through the whole workout. Tomorrow I'm ready to tear into my legs again.

Legs today... GREAT WORKOUT. I was there about an hour and managed to hit quads, hams, and calves. I'll just say that it was a trek getting up the stairs to my room. One thing I noticed was that my calves (which I did last) seemed to get really pumped. They felt and looked like balloons. I thought this a little odd being that since I took it yesterday, I didn't take plasmajet today.
I've heard that glycerol takes a while in your system to take effect, so maybe it's the glycerol in plasmajet taking effect? Any thoughts?

Back day today. For some reason, this workout was short, but sweet. I got a pretty decent pump going, and I was only in there for 45 mins. It was a pretty standard workout.
I DID take plasmajet today, being that yesterday was an off day, so I was a little disappointed that I didn't great pump, but o well.
One thing I'd like to note is that lately my triceps have felt pumped up ALL THE TIME. They feel just jacked. Plasmajet?

Dren
Hey all. I just made the decision last night (saturday) to compete in Fargo, ND on March 17. It's nine weeks out. I realize it's a little short notice, but I think I can do it. In any case. I just added Dren to my stack to help me lose some fat. Hope it works. See you tomorrow.

Shoulders today. Had a pretty good workout. My buddy Conlan joined me, which was kinda nice for a change. I also followed up my lift with some posing to try and get ready for contest.
I did take plasmajet today, though I'm not sure I had a GREAT pump. I wonder if maybe the idea is that it just stays in your system? I dunno.

Arms today. I had a crazy good pump going today. I'm starting to think that the day after taking plasmajet is better than the day of. Kinda strange, but that'd be why you should only take it every other day. I did some posing after lifting to get a solid pump going and practice a little. I'm feeling pretty good about the contest in March.

Chest workout today. I actually did less than I normally do (5 sets of DB incline, 4 sets on hammer strength incline, four sets on lower cable crossovers, and 3 pullovers), but I had an even better workout than usual. Makes me think I've been overtraining. I took plasmajet today and had an intense pump going. I did a few most musculars between sets and had some crazy vascularity.
As far as dren goes, I've lost two pounds and about half an inch off my waist. Looks to be working. I'll be 8 weeks out as of monday.

Today was leg day. Somehow I managed to convince my buddy Matt to come with me... Kinda funny. In any case... I annihilated (sp?) my legs. that being said, I had some great pumps going, especially during leg extensions.
I feel like I look like I've lost fat, so hopefully the Dren is working. I'm being really strict with my diet... Hope it pays off.
That being said, I just received some free supplements form USP labs (won on the company promotion forum). I got some P-slin and some Anabolic Pump. I took P-slin today along with a cup and a half of brown rice, some salmon, and a banana pre workout. I'll be starting anabolic pump tomorrow.
Let's see... That brings my stack to...
P-slin
Anabolic Pump
Multi
Fish Oil
CE2 Hi Def
Plasmajet
Anator.
I think I have a problem...
