Anyone have some safe good lean mass gainers other than hormones/creatine/x-factor?
I wanted to take x-factor, but i talked to the company and they said it wouldn't be a good idea with asthma.
If anyone knows of some sweet lean mass gainers other than the ones i know of, it would be of great help.

i mean other than diet, as in supplements
i dunno, any non-creatine cell volumizers? or preworkout stims you reccomend?

If you're over the age of 21 I'd suggest you read up on Fenotest by Scivation and The NHA Stack (Rebound XT and ActivaTe) by Designer Supplements. It's not X-factor, it's not a hormone, and it isn't Creatine based.

(i wouldnt stack it with cissus RX tho, just as a standalone)

At 16 all you need is a solid diet and train consistantly. After those are down pat than add some staple supps. Such as protein, a multi, efa's and possibly an anti-oxident supp. After those the only other thing I would suggest is creatine.Originally Posted by aoba[ANS Performance Representative]
