Good lean mass gainer (non hormonal) (no x-factor either)

Anyone have some safe good lean mass gainers other than hormones/creatine/x-factor?

I wanted to take x-factor, but i talked to the company and they said it wouldn't be a good idea with asthma.

If anyone knows of some sweet lean mass gainers other than the ones i know of, it would be of great help.

Yay it was my first post.

Just creatine. Works well for most.

If you're over the age of 21 I'd suggest you read up on Fenotest by Scivation and The NHA Stack (Rebound XT and ActivaTe) by Designer Supplements. It's not X-factor, it's not a hormone, and it isn't Creatine based.

At 16 all you need is a solid diet and train consistantly. After those are down pat than add some staple supps. Such as protein, a multi, efa's and possibly an anti-oxident supp. After those the only other thing I would suggest is creatine.
