    Strong back but shoulder blades stick out

    Overall im pretty muscular with a 10% bodyfat 5ft 11 @ 75kg, when flexed my back looks pretty impressive but when relaxed my shoulder blades stick out of my back, what must I do to correct this?

    emphasise more on back widening exercises?

    Its crazy ive seen skinny guys with naturally flat backs mine has bones poking out lool.

    i don't see why that's so bad, i guess you should work on mid to lower traps more.
