    Optimum Serious Mass Question??

    Has anyone tried it and if you dont know what im talkin about then check it out here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/sm.html I just wanna know if its a good weight gainer.

    Pretty high in sugar but its a gainer.. the only good gainer i can think of that doesnt have a decently high ammount of sugar is A) Cytogainer by cyto sports and B) a home made one.
    I think the best gainers are N 2 Large-expensive, that serious mass looks.. OK, the Cytosports one is decent too.
