Question would eating a Sara Lee Blueberry muffin after a workout along with a protien shake be good. whoel muffin contains 450 calories140 from fat.
fat 16 g
carbs 65 g
sugar 35 g
protein 7 g
Now i only eat half a muffin along with my protein shake so total this is my brake down
fat 8 g
carbs 35 g
sugar 17 g
protein 28 g
would that be good postwork out also i'm trying to get cut up or lean.
would this be good or bad then my next meal is 4 egg whites 1 serving peanut butter, and a grape fruit.
