What to do when you are damn tired of buying 5lbs of protein for $27+?

I finally received my 25lbs of vanilla protein from ATW. The taste is better than optimum's in my opinion. It cost me $82 to my door. I am definitely happy. I will make a complete review on the supplement review section.

First of all, if you are not going to say openly how and where you bought this, I smell a pile of s***. Second, ants/germs/cockroaches have their ways of crawling into anything, and I am sure they could get through that plastic bag, as thin as it looks. Any concentrated powder mix, such as protein or carbohydrates, are like Thanksgiving dinner to bugs and germs.

I buy the 10 lb. bag of ON's whey protein at a local buyer's club, and their foil type bag is extremely durable, not that see through crap in your picture.

ATW is located about 10 minutes from me. When I get back after X-mas I'm gonna see if I can just pick up my order and save the shipping. So its even cheaper for me! I'll be a happy camper as long as the location doesn't turn out to be a pet food supply

I wish they also had MPI for a dirt cheap price as well.

Now I'm glad that I kept my empty ON and HP 5 lb containers.

The banana is decent if you like banana but it gets pretty sickening quite quickly. I'd only get 5lbs of it or cycle it with other flavors. The Orange is like an orange creme and also gets nauseating after a short time. For 25lbs I'd stick with choc or vanilla.

1) The Blend contains more isolate than the 20/30
2) The per serving amount is less in the Blend than the 20/30, therefore you get more servings per container(not extremely significant though)
3) I'm not quite sure about this, because I can't remember and the nutritional info is screwed up on their website, but I think the Blend may have 22g of protein per serving instead of the 20g the 20/30 has. But again, I'm not sure so please don't quote me on that one.

The 20/30 is 66% protein, while the Blend is somewhere around 76%(I can't remember exactly, but it was in the mid 70's).

The 20/30 has more milk fat in it so it might taste a little creamier.

No, but I'm getting the sampler pack with all of the flavors next week when I pick up my order. So I should be able to post a review of all of their flavors in a week or 2.

Also, WPC is still the "main" ingredient and they do not disclose "exact" isolate percentages.

You know that-
15 lbs at $48.99 = $3.37 per lb
25 lbs at $70.50 = $2.82 per lb

I know its $22.50 more, but your saving 55¢ per pound and getting it at there lowest price point. The 50 lbs in no cheaper per lb than the 25 lbs.

What was the size container you went through on the Choc Orange? If small, do you think you could go through 25 lbs without getting sick of it?

I'm going to pick up my order next week and I'm undecided between the Choc and the Choc Orange. The Choc Orange sounds like it could be really good if done right, but I'm not gonna get 4-5 months worth of a ****ty flavor or one that I'll get sick of easily. I'm also getting the sample pack, so I'm bringing a shaker bottle with some skim milk along so that I can mix up some Choc Orange, taste it, and decide if I want to take home 25 lbs of that or the straight Choc.

Definetely go with the Choc on a 25lb order, I don't know if I would get absolutely sick of it after 10lbs. I would love to have 5lbs of it though....
