anyone who buys trib expecting like a 400 percent gain in testosterone is discustingly uneducated..
a plant/herb can't boost testosterone to a significant amount...

i asked that question once. people said it doesnt do anything powerful enough to enhance ur workouts or give u better results in the gym at all. but i've also heard that it's good for libido from a guy who tested it out in that regard. i've read a study where it was used on rugby players for a few weeks and none of them showed any improvement from using it. sorry this feedback isnt the best, but i wanted to let u know alll i've heard.

I've tried 3 different brands. 2 of them did nothing for me.
The only one I noticed anything from was from ********(vitamin shoppe brand) it was only $18. But all it did was make me horny as hell, constant wood. Which led to more fapping.

I used 5 grams a day before of bulk Trib and noticed better libido and an increase in strenght,also boost in vascularity and also it seemed to increase the amount of ejaculate I let out(sorry if this is offensive).
It's not that worthless but if you would like a good Test boosting supplement look into Activate Xtreme by Designer Supplements.

hehehe , it s funny you name that cause today I had to do a spermogram ( they measure your sperm ) , and after 3 days in abstinence I let out a ****ty amount  .. so tribulus isnt doing anything in that , so isnt doing anything on muscle mass either!
pd : when the girl asked me how much time I was in abstinence I responded joking 7 months and she almost fell off the chair hahaha
