your carbs should come primarily from starches so oats, rice, pasta, and potatoes are ideal and ice cream should be a small part of the refeed. sucrose and fructose arent going to do as much good as starchy carbs as they will only refill liver glycogen, not muscle glycogen. some other good carbs that you may like are bagels, bread, sweet potatoes, beans, pretzels, low fat popcorn, low fat granola, etc. cereal is ok too. ice cream and candy have their place, but shouldnt be the only thing you carb up on, thats more of a cheat than a refeed.

How hard is it to find things to carb up on? Every freakin' thing is basically crammed with a **** ton of carbs lol just look at the nutrition labels. You can figure this one out, you are a big boy.

Id start it with a few with a few servings of green veggies like asparagus, then move on to lots of oats, then a blueberries, then a handful of almonds, very Large sweet potato, and finish with another handful of almonds.. everything covered in cinnamon.
However, it looks like you are in a mood to be bloated and depressed, lol, with your choice on ice cream and what most would consider garbage. Good luck!

quinoa w/ blueberries and raisins is my carb of choice.

If you dont know what quinoa is... Its pretty much like Oatmeal on steroids... (I know the "on steroids" thing is played out).. Hell its even better then steel cut oats

Love quinoa cooked in low sodium chicken broth and add in some light ftir fry beggies with a squeeze of lemon.

Cook it just like rice. 1 part to 2 parts water, boil for 15 mins approx..
