I was wondering if this would be a good workout, I'm 18 and just starting. Does it work all muscles?
Day1:
3x5 overhead press/ bench press(alternating)
3x5 chin-ups/ barbell Rows (alternating)
3x5 squats
Day2: same as day 1 but 1x5 deadlifts instead of squats
Day3: exact same as day 1
Workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Gradually add 5 pounds to upper body and 10 to lower body. Last set is as many reps as possible. If more than 10 reps on amrap increase load by 10%.
