iPod
Just wondering if anyone has the newest iPod with video. I'm thinking about getting one and wanted to know what owners think about them. I have seen and used them at the Apple store but still wondering if its worth the money.

I have one and still dont know how to put the damn videos on it. lol. I think they have to be imported using Quicktime Pro.

it is quicktime. i'm not sure exactly how, but i know it's through quicktime some how

Yeah, which you have you buy as the free version doesn't do it. Also "opening" the pro is a bloody nuisance.

I have one, the 30GB. Battery isn't an issue, it lasts about 18hrs, but if you watch a vid, it's much less. I really like it.... importing vids is difficult though.

As much as I love my ipods this one isnt worth it for video. For the big ass screen and hard drive size for music and data backup its awesome, but I wouldn't get it if it was for video only.
