    how does this lean bulk look?

    since im gona be using sesamin, fish oil and CLA.. im planning on goin hardcore with this bulk for lots of lean muscle.. im thinkin 4500 cals/day and see hwo that works out. i plan on eating 8 meals a day, 2.5 hours in between each.. gona shoot for around 55g. pro, 55g. carb and like 550 cals each meal.

    im gona be stackin these supps:
    GB/WB
    ON 100% whey
    sesamin
    fish oil
    CLA
    multi


    im gona be doin a 5day split..
    mon-chest
    tues-back
    wed-shoulders/traps
    thurs-biceps/triceps
    fri-legs
    sat-off
    sun-off

    maybe a little cardio? wht do u guys think..


    im relying on hard workouts (3-5 reps), 12-14 sets, and the sesamin, fish oil, and CLA to keep the fat off, and the other stuff to build that muscle up

    ahh sorry i forgot to mention my stats lol
    im 17
    6'
    185 pounds
    decently low BF (visible abs)
    hardcore bulk for about 1 year.. gained roughly 35 LEAN pounds (6pack throughout)

    i guess u have a fast metabolism so maybe it would work, one recommendation from imo is that ppl when they go from cut or maintance to bulk they jump from 2000 up to 3500 or 4000 right away, this will be a pretty bad call on anyones part, try to slowly increase ur calorie intake while ur body gains weight and then stops, at which point u again increase it. as for the food, looks clean so shouldnt be an issue, best of luck

    well i was bulking at like 4000-4200 or so with no fat preventative supps.. and gained muscle as well as some fat.. now i just finished first week of (less) calories.. around 2800-3000 or so.. so im not too worried bout goin back up again

    wut i meant was not worrying about eat 4000 just jumping from ur 2800 do 4000 may lead to quick fat gain, while slow increases will help ur body adjust and use all the calories to hopefully repair damage muscle, and ya some fat gain. ive done this personally 17 lbs in 3 months, ppl say 4 lb a month ive done more then that, about 4 lbs of bf gain from it all, but thats still a clean 13 lbs

    yeah ill prob add an extra 100-200 cals a day until i work my way back up to my 4500

    a day might be quick, but if it works for u then go for it, like i said wut i do is for my genetic makeup and works well for me, i just find a lot of ppl will add calories for no reason, like if ur gaining weight off 3300 cals y just go up to 3500 for the sake of it, stay until u stop gaining weight and then go up

    would it be a smart idea to add any form of cardio to this mix since im gona be eatin a LOT more then i usually do when i bulk?

    personally i hate the idea that everyone says cardio ruins a bulk completly, im not saying go out there and do 1 hr of hard running, but i try to make sure i do about 45 minutes of walking on my non workout days, keeps fat gain low and lets not forget cardio is healthy for the heart.
