I can't help myself, I'm on here at least three hours a day (sometimes more), learning, sharing information, hopefully helping the occasional person.... I'm hooked. When I'm not training, I'm either thinking about it or talking about it. My wife thinks I have an online girlfriend

****. i have the same symptoms. if im not in the gym im here. if im not working out im thinking about working out. if im not doing that, im thinking about what to eat and when my next meal is.
ppl think im obsessive. they think i workout too much. but you know what, they are all wrong!

Maybe we should all move to an island and make our own country. What do you guys think?

i reckon it'll be pretty sweet. cant remember the last time i worked out with someone who researched as much as me.

ya im pretty much addicted to this entire forum now, whenver im not doing hwmrk or working out or out, im always online and on this site pretty much 90percent of the time, lurking around reading posts hell i even watch the bears game while im on this forum!!!!

My coworkers think I'm nuts. While they're drinking two liters of soda and eating chips, I'm downing a protein shake and 2 cups of oatmeal. We have internet access at work, and until I get a trouble call, I'm on it, dying to talk with someone about this obsession of mine.

I don't know dude. Lifting has been a way of life for me for so long... and I was introduced to this web site by my brother, as well as forum member Cantide, I was hooked.

All I can say is thank GOD i'm not the only one. I put off getting up to go to the ladies room for my potty break so that I can read about and discuss how great squatting is for the knees. And think about that.... i'm a GIRL. Girls always have to pee. Some choices in life are hard to make.

That's for sure. I built this gym so my brother and I could train together, and then he moved three hours away. I'm a damn good self-motivator, but I have to admit, I train much harder with him. We've always been great competitors, and I've always been stronger... but I gave him all my secrets (as well as what I've learned through trial and error over the years), and now finally, after six years of me coaching him, he's starting to kick my ass

He's going to compete next April... so wish him luck!

lol. i'm online at 6 30 in the morning (approximately 15 hours ago), and MrSinister and HolaBola are on. THen i get on at night, and they're here. lol. If i have free time in between classes, i'll use a university computer and log on. I'm always on.

Its the beauty of having easy college classes and having the military pay for it all, so I dont have to have a job.

The only thing that cuts into my bb.com time is Comedy Central.
