I drink it from time to time when I am in a pinch. Tastes pretty good- kinda like blueberry punch. I find that if I drink the entire thing in one sitting, though, I get a stomach ache. Too much all at once maybe? But it is better to have a carb post workout, so limit that or have a carb souce with it.

I drink it all the time. I have the powders as well as the liquid in bottles -- gotta mix it up. If you're drinking it for recovery, why do you want the zero carb? Gotta have some carbs in there for your muscles to grow... try 3 oz white potato (nuke it before the gym and wrap in foil -- toss it in the gym bag and eat it like an apple). Wash it down with your Isopure.

A protein powder is not going to help you "tone" or "lose pounds". Essentially, it is no different from eating a can of tuna or a piece of chicken. It's just a more quickly digested form, and hence, good for workout recovery.

losing
i know it won't i am just trying to get into eating more meals and work on my diet by adding the protein powder as a supplement for that, i am kicking myself every day with my workout and making sure that i am eating really healthy to change everything i had been doing wrong and essentially it is really working, lots of change so far and i am really determined to continue and do a great job in reaching my goals. A long road ahead though so I want to bring in a protein that will taste good as well as be a good supplement to add to my program.
