Ok I love working out on the gym weight benchs and I dont care for all those home benchs that come with that leg crap at the end.
Whats the best home weight bench can I get without getting TOO pricey.
I dont want one of those lil scrawny ones with all that extra ****.
Thanks

There are two types of benches, a fid bench (flat-incline-decline) and a regular flat bench. A well built flat one will start around $100 and a well built fid one will usually run from $200 to $400. Which one are you looking to buy and how much are you looking to spend on one?
Here is the one I have:

Here's a nice one for $250. It should be fine unless you plan on benching more than 6000 lbs.
