will it be ok to mix up in a blender my high calorie shake? then put it in the refrigirator to be taken in the morning?
will this still be effective.
how about for whey proteins. because i'm quote busy and always in a hurry in the morning. so i'm planning to make my shake before i go to sleep. then just drink it up when i wake up.
will the shake still be potent?
