Do You hit the gym in the early AM?
Who here hits the gym before work, like around 5 or 6 AM? My New Years goal is to start hitting the gym around 5AM before work. I did it a few times awhile back. Once I got up and around it wasnt bad at all, and I felt great all day at work. I am really going to have to start doing this full time, if I wanna hit the gym 5 days a week. I have alot going on these days, and have little time after work. Who else is a AM lifter, and what tricks do you do to get yourself motivated for those early work outs?
