my goal is be 14 % body fat by march im about 19 to 20 % now havn't checked in a while
but here i track food eaten workout and suppliments per day
january 1st , 2008
meals today
meal 1 - 10oz chicken breast w/ multi vitamin , 4 fish oil caps , 2 chromium caps , 2 CLA caps , and a vitaman C cap also got carb source fro the day with unfortunatley was a red bull a 28g's of carb's in it
meal 2 - 10oz chicken breast
in between took four fish caps and two CLA caps
meal 3 - 10oz chicken breast
meal 4 - 10oz chicken breast
meal 5 - whey shake 50 g's of protien
meal 6 - can of tuna with table spoon of mayo
the gym was closed today for new years so no workout be back in there tommorow to do my leg workout ! woo
