this is in jay cutler profile claims to be a "train like jay cutler does" but ya'll no this is probably 1/3 of how intense his workouts really are
workout 1 - delts , traps , upper back
seated side lateral 3x8 to 10
upright rows 3x8 to 10
side laterals w/ cable behind back - 3x8 to 10
front raises - 3x8 to 10
rear delt machine fly's - 3x8 to 10
dumbell shrugs - 4x8 to 10
behind the back bb shrugs - 4x8 to 10
pullups / pulldowns medium grip - 6xmax or for pull downs 8 to 10 reps (altercation i made be cause im not that good at pull ups
workout 2 -quads and hamstrings
Front Squats 3x8 to 10
Leg Presses 3x8 to 10
Hack Squats 3x8 to 10
Barbell Lunges 3x8 to 10
Leg Extensions 3x8 to 10
Leg Presses 3x8 to 10
(what i changed was instead of front squats regular squats took hacks out and lunges and added 2 sets on squat and two sets to other lifts)
One Legged Leg Curls 3x8 to 10
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts 3x8 to 10

Walking Bar Lunges 2x8to10

(changes i made took donkey out added set to each other calf excersizes and also completely flipped the chest back day to get the chest more rest days before the next shoulder day )
