Why white blood only before workout?

Just wondering why White Blood is only directed to be taken once a day 3 pills before workout. When other N02's (Nitrix, MRI No2) you take 3 pills 3 times aday. Or can you do this also with White Blood?

you can also take it at night to boost GH levels... To me the whole 3 pills 2 or 3 times a day thing just gets annoying and you waste pills because if you take the pills maybe an hour or 2 befor eyou workout you get the same pump as if you took it all day long...

just wondering becasue i have gotten much better pump with Nitrix and MRI N02 than i have with White Blood, thought maybe it had something to do with taking 3 pills x 3 times aday rather than 3 pills once a day

i ahvent tried MRI NO2 but i tried nitric suspension and NOX3 and i like White Blood better i dont have to take pills throughout the day and all that stuff... but theres not a huge price difference and if pills dont bother you then go for it... considering i probably take about 30 already im fine with the amount i have and want no more
