Life Support is more of an ancillary supplement - meant to keep your liver values, cholesterol, etc in check. Post Cycle Support is geared more toward estrogen and testosterone - returning your body to homeostasis.

So, they're two different animals. Life Support/Cycle Support is good on-cycle but you need something else for PCT. Do you plan on using a SERM or anything? PCS could be a good addition to a SERM, but it's not necessary.

How much LS are you currently taking?

I'd continue to take 4 caps on a daily basis until the end of PCT... nolvadex is kinda harsh on the system and you sure can benefit from Life Support while taking it...

But to answer your initial question, during PCT, if you want to chose only one between the two, I'd would opt for Post Cycle Support, since it also contains a ''natural SERM'' (Trans-Resveratrol).

Hope it helps,
Red

Hey, on that note, would Post Cycle Support be a good pct for a Jungle Warfare cycle? I was thinking about an AI like inhibit-e or Gaspari Novedex XT, and then I began to see PC Support pop up in peoples' logs.

IMO, Post Cycle Support would be a Great PCT for JW. The natural SERM it contains in the form of Rev-Transveratrol would take care of any estrogen-related issues you may have and it contains everything you need for your body after a mild cycle!

Please feel free to share your results if you decide to go with it!

Thanks,
Red
