Cables and Cross bow

Hi guys! some may laugh but Im curious, Im certainly investing in a workout machine, Ive heard that the Bow Flex, that the cables were too short? Or was that the cross bow? I know that they are very simular, Which is better? Im not very tall, so I dont think the cables will matter but for leg work outs which Im wanting to tone/ lean my legs,

Any help? Thanks

Search this very forum, that Bowflex question has been asked many times (valid for Crossbow as well).

Cables and Cross bow

I can't speak for the Bow flex, but I will give you my comments on the Cross Bow. For the money that I spent, it was a good investment. I would rather have some other equipment, but I didn't have the money at the time and I'm not going to pay up for the latest and greatest home gym. This is good a good home gym, if you need it as a back up as when you can't make it to your gym that day. It's not professional quality as the equipment in the gyms, but it does work. It all boils down to doing the exercise. I had to be creative on the exercises that I am doing on my Cross Bow.

My workout ratings:

Chest 4 of 5
Back 3 of 5
Biceps 3 of 5
Triceps 3 of 5
Legs 3 of 5
