How to pick a good weight?
I'm 5'6 now at 145lbs and a hard gainer
guys at the gym say I look bigger than my weight
I'm cutting some to see what I true look like, so I can work on my lagging parts. I know I will lose a few lbs of muscle.
I will go back to bulking in a few months, but I don't know what weight I want to target. I don't want to look stocky cause I'm short, but I want a nice atlethic build. I see guy that are 5'10-6'2 ranging from 185-205 lbs that built but not bodybuilding material, but nice atheletic frames
I don't see to many guys my height to judge.
Do anyone read AHF mags, the models in that mag is what I want to model myself after, but all the guys in that mag is taller then me so I can't go by their weight
At 5'6 what would be a good weight?
I need a goal, at first i wanted to be 165 and I was just picking that, but don't know what that really looks like at my height.
