so what do the experts have to say about this claim?
and what about its effect on fat loss, from what i understand your body uses it to convert fat back into carbs or was that to glycogen anyway does that mean taking more of it in a cutting phase would improve results?
lets asume you have an average amount in your diet and arent deprived ok
