Water retention?

What factors besides sodium intake can affect water retention? I'm on a clean bulk and notice that I look quite lean in the mornings, but throughout the day progressively look more bloated (and go up 3-4 pounds). The next morning the cycle begins again. I think I'm retaining a lot of water during the day.

Drinking more water can help decrease water retention.

I'm the same way... look awesome in the morning, but lose definition through out the day. It's normal, don't worry about it. Certain supplements will cause you to retain water.

Carb consumption, other electrolytes, body fluid levels/turnover, some supplements ...
