First off the main question I have is if heavy weight training increasing youre testosterone how come alot of people who advidly weight lift and live very healthy lives have libido problems
whereas my other 20 year old friends spend all their time smoking and drinking, eating crap and still get rock-hard wood at the sight of half a cartoon breast?
Ive never done anything that messes with hormones ive only taken creatine and whey and tried a stimulant or 2, and it seems the bigger and stronger i get the harder it is to get in the mood or maintain a rock solid erection??
it got to the point ive been considering diesel test for the first time, but why the hell should i need it at 20 years old?

my diet is in check 40/40/20, all good clean sources, about 3200 cals a day at 170lbs
im bulking not cutting, I am gettign stronger, I am sleeping well, I do stick to my diet, i NEVER EVER drink alchahol, i dont even like it
wtf?
someone suggested i may be overtraining, i am on a MAX-OT routine and i lift heavy and all free weights
but this would be the only symptom because i am still getting stronger?

my whole diet is
6:00am - 1 wheat bagel w/lowfat cottage cheese, 1 banana, 2 whole hard boiled eggs, 4 just the whites, coffee w/fake sugar and creamer, supps(vitamin, oil, ect.)
9:00am - - wheat bread turkey sandwich(lots of meat, mustard), and some mixed nuts
12:00am - same as last meal
2:30pm - 1 scoop whey in water, 5g creatine, banana (pre-workout)
3:15pm - 3 scoops whey in 3 cups of milk, 5g creatine, 2/3 cup oats (ran outta dextrose and maltodextrin will add soon and maybe reduce the milk)
5:00pm - a clean carb, a piece of lean steak(usually top round), and some brocolli, and a pour olive oil all over the steak and brocolli though i probally dont ingest much as it sits on the plate =\)
8:00pm - cottage cheese and some mixed nuts or peanut butter, then a sleep soon after

im 20 years old. and im suppose to be super healthy
i never had a probally going back 3 years ago when i sat around with no job and smoked you know what and drank and broke into freaking cars all night long
now i live this clean healthy life i got a job and a workout and i eat great and dont touch any drugs or alchahol
this sucks
hopefully im just overtraining, i lift hard and i never take days off ever, the last 2 days i took them off and ate cheese steaks and double cheeseburgers on purpose, cause my initial though was the same not enough saturated fats or possible overtraining i hope, i am bulking and not gaining weight, though i am gettign stronger?
no ive never tried viagra or anything of that matter recreationally.
its not super bad its not like i got ED or nothing, but im not as nearly as youthful as i was going back not so long ago

getting viagra as a 20 year old is not a good thing
wtf is that? getting viagra as a 45-50 year old is still a little early in my opinion
still think im probally just overtraining i hope my self - diagnosis is im bulking but im not getting any heavier, im not weighing anymore. but i am getting stronger but im entertaining the idea this is from increased stregnth in connective tissue because i dropped from 8-10 to 4-6 rep range which is the first time ive done low rep heavy training
im thinking i need to either eat more or take more time off, probally both
this has been a recent turn for the worse and at the same time my gains have still come but slowed and i notice im sore for slightly longer
funny i always considered myself more of a natural fat kid then a skinny kid, now that im trying i cant gain any weight.

but my experiance with doctors is i almost never see the doctor just a practinioner, and they go like this
"doc my shoulder hurts"
"okay take 3 months off from training and pay my 150$ on the way out"
"doc my libidio is down"
"okay either take viagra or take 5 months off from training and pay my 200$ on the way out"
doctors are good for being sick they give you pres drugs that help you get over it, but for any injuries or any althetic disorders of any kind ive ever tried they are just plain a waste of time.
i had a shoulder injury from boxing once that was so bad i coudlnt sit up in bed for a day cause my shoulder hurt so much, they took xray charged me like 300 dollars and said i pulled a tendon, take 4 months off from any physical exerction and pay on the way out.

I have incredibly good results with (if it is test related) Maca & 6-OXO.
2 grams of Maca (1g morn & 1g night)
4 pills of 6-OXO (I used to take Novedex XT, but obviously the estrogen had something to do with it)
Activate full dose (havent thrown this in the mix yet, but a bottle is on the way, and freeing up anything from SHBG can only be good in the libido dept)IP ban Nutrabolics for lying and now threats.

My first suggestion would be to see a doctor and have him do bloodwork, you never know what it going on inside you until you get checked. Just cause you are 20 does not guarantee you that you are entitled to be 100% healthy, strong, and horny...
Second, if you arent gonna see a doctor (which it sounds like you arent) is Maca, 2 grams daily. But it might only mask the problem.
Also, you said that you never take days off, try getting more off days, you could be very overtrained.
You also said you ate cheese steaks, you from philly? thats where Im at...Mmmm cheesesteaks.The Dark Knight...Rises.

Like someone suggested try the Maca. I have to partially agree with you here about seeing a doctor. They are more of a bandaid fix and don't try to search for the root of the problem. Having said that, you can't go wrong getting blood work done to see if your testosterone is low. Your diet seems right on to me, not that I am an expert, and your fat intake seems reasonable enough to keep the testosterone flowing. I think you mentioned that you never miss a day. Is this regarding your diet or your workouts. If you are working out every day, you are probably overtraining.
