8 Months out (Need help)
About 2 years ago I lost 65 pounds by just working-out 7 times a week and low calories diet. Now I will like to start bodybuilding and enter my first show on July 15 2006
My problem is I have a slow metabolism and I gain weight very fast. Right now Most of my body fat come from my legs, hips and butt area. I only eat 2 times a day, and I workout 4-5 times a week. Can anyone please help me? I need to focus on my legs, hips and butt area. Right now I am 5’7 165-170, my goal is to get cut. Lightweight 155 for my first show, then move up slowly in mass. I will take any ideals or suggestions. My pics @ 165 pounds.

Start eating 6+ Small meals a day. Make sure it's good clean food. Drink lots of water, at least a gallon a day. 8 months is a long time. You should be able to cut down and maybe clean bulk.

I agree eating only 2 times a day isnt healthy at all you haveto have the energy, make sure you dont have that much water in you etc. if you want to place good, talk to a trainer, good luck.
